It Feels Like I'm In Hell

At the beginning of the German Synthi-era there was Ashra/Manuel Göttsching, combining synthi and guitars on some great pioneering albums. Thought I'd try something in such style. So, here it is. Played the usual suspects. Added  a couple of takes on my Fender. Sic itur ad astra (which I'd want to translate as "such is our way to the stars"), thank you P. Vergilius Maro. LOSE MY NAME es un proyecto que nace en el 2019 en busca de  una identidad real que defina al artista, una busqueda sonora y universal. 
Ganador en la categoría de música “underground” del concurso para jóvenes DJ’s y productores Habana Ciudad Electrónica en 2019.  Invitado a las ediciones 2019, 2020 y 2021 del Festival Internacional de música electrónica EYEIFE. Realizador de Bandas Sonoras para los programas de TV, 12 minutos (2019) de Canal Habana y Estudio Reacción de Cubavisión (2023). Miembro de la banda Tobías Alfonso y Los Monos Lácteos, ganadores del concurso Primera Base en la edición 2020, categoría juveniles; y ganadores del festival de TV Cuerda Viva 2023 en la categoría de Música Alternativa.  También participó como DJ y corista de la banda de jazz contemporaneo también ganadora del Primera Base MISIFUZ en la nave 4 de FAC en el HWM del 2021. DJ residente en Fábrica de Arte Cubano desde julio del 2023. Preseleccionado en la categoría de DJ/Productor en el concurso PRIMERA BASE del 2023. Artista Residente en la beca de música electroacústica que organiza Habana Espacios Creativos y el Laboratorio Nacional de Música Electrocústica auspiciado por la Oficina del Historiador de La Ciudad. Cuenta con colaboraciones para artistas destacados dentro de la escena cultural nacional e internacional y presentaciones en difrentes espacios importantes y comercializados de la ciudad.

After nearly 50 years of playing guitar, and using lockdown to polish his keyboard skills, Chorley (UK) based musician Chris Drabble released the first tracks of his 'Sunrise' collection of calm and relaxing piano and guitar instrumentals written and recorded over the summer of 21 in early morning sessions.

2022 has been a productive year for Chris, releasing five albums of progressive rock instrumentals to all major streaming platforms with over 25,000 plays.

Chris played guitar in several rock bands in the late 70's in pubs and clubs in the North West of England and, now retired, has the time to record and produce the style of music from his youth. His influences include Rush, Led Zeppelin, The Police, Simple Minds, Pink Floyd, Joe Satriani and Jimi Hendrix. He is currently listening to Porcupine Tree, Dream Theatre.
