This is my crazy arrangement of All the Things as performed by the amazing One O'Clock Lab Band of UNT, featured as the first track of Lab 2015!  This has been submitted for grammy nomination, so please get the word out if you enjoyed this track!

All the Things You Are

Here is a lush, sweeping, evocative theme that has notes of light and dark, just like our heroine and her journey.

Film music composer Christy Carew Marshall imagines what a full orchestral score to key scenes of Jacqueline Carey's incredible Kushiel's Legacy series would sound like. Scenes inspired by her iconic books Kushiel's Dart, Kushiel's Chosen and Kushiel's Avatar. Recorded by the Fames Project Orchestra in Skopje, Macedonia. Harp performed and recorded by Ivory McCann in New Orleans, LA. Mixed and mastered in Los Angeles by Jeremy Underwood.

Race To The Finish

Only recently did I find out that the NBC NFL football theme, “Wide Receiver” was written by John Williams! So of course I got a score and did a trombone ensemble arrangement!! This is kind of “minimalist” for me with only 5 trombone parts (1 alto, 2 tenors, 2 basses) and snare and field drums. Huge thanks to my friend, Pittsburgh Symphony Associate Principal Percussionist, Jeremy Branson, for helping me with this overdub (I don’t play drums very well…).
