You probably never heard of him, but he is doing this thing since half an eternity. Rather than playing a lot of shows he focuses on studying the craft of electronic sound manipulation and what else can be said that: he is on top of his game! He shows us that it is still possible to create sonic structures that are beyond the usual by just using classic devices such as the TR 808 rhythm composer and a TB 303 monophonic synthesizer. Suburban Tales 1 was born as a VA dedicated to push local talents: it was our intimate dedication to Milan, the city which raised us, made us know each other, forged our sound.

[PREMIERE] Testkard 225 - Flames [Confused Machines] 

Testkard 225 was a pioneering industrial project by journalist Danny Beller, releasing a handful of cassettes during the 80s and was a major influence for the electronic and experimental scene in Isreal. 

Recorded on a four-track with minimal electronic equipment in desert city Beer Sheva, Gebanku is about a world collapsing into dystopia, caused by a drastic event or a virus that disrupts the existing order of things. Kicking off with a seemingly optimistic opening, then going through a darker phase and eventually reaching a safe harbour.

The first time I got introduced to electronical music was during a lesson in music class in 2nd grade back in 1985. Out teacher played the song „Wir sind die Roboter“ („We are the robots“) by Kraftwerk. I immediately got totally hooked by the „new“ sound that hit my ears. And man, those mecanical voices...for a long time I had no clue what or who made them.
More than ten years past by and then I, more by accident, heard something simillar again and got myself some cd´s and records of this kind of music. After a while however it wasn´t enough anymore just to listen to the records recorded by other artists, I just had to start producing electronical music myself. And so I did and still do...
