La Cinquième Valse

The long-overdue timing and gap removal fix for Release CCCV back on NovemDeka album.  The 2 second gap after "modus vivendi" was something of a scandal at the time.

This is not just the gap fix : there are other subtle speed and hesitation fixes in it plus a very slight speedup.
