Besides being a DJ & graphic designer, multifun (@multifun) is the name & face behind Multimix - a project and platform for everyone who loves music. Serving a diverse range of genres and styles, the Multimix series is intended to push against the status quo of mostly male dominated music platforms, with the idea of providing musical subcultures not only with a space in general, but also a chance to be seen & heard. Multimix tries to provide a representative image of what mixing, producing and throwing parties can look & feel like.⁣
With the diversity issues that music & our communities face, it is easy to understand why FLINTA & BIPOC will always be considered first on multifun's platform. She's joined by a good friend of hers - skillful & brilliant selector Chris (@_dj_chris_) - for the second hour of this month's Empty Container episode. ⁣

For the eleventh edition we proudly present you Chris.

Chris is a Berlin based DJ and producer. 
You’ll meet him on his weekly tours through Berlin’s record shops diggin’ the crates as deep as possible. Beside, he also curates various events from Berlin to Augsburg with a few close friends. With "Dusche" he wants to return to the classic understanding of party: "Music doesn't have to be a business. We should use it to exchange interpersonal ideas and feelings. Responsibility."

Dear multifans,
Today we present you Chris, who's not only a talented dj, but also a great producer. Chris' dj career started 12 years ago, mixing many kinds of stuff and he landed on this fast forward pick, that includes Acid, Breaks & New Beat. He has a thing for tapes and modular synthesizers, producing his upcoming stuff and score sounds for movie productions in his studio.
