The colour orange is symbolic of warmth, love, strength, endurance... tranquillity. With this in mind and inspired by Fivos' superb composition and Chris' beautiful, inspiring flutes, I wrote these melodies, lyrics around the theme of LOVE. I believe that as dark as the days may seem to be there will always be that gift of love from someone, somewhere, who will bring light into our lives. So, for those who are suffering, those who can see no hope in sight, there are those who will come and rescue - and shine the Light of hope and new beginnings for the future. This is the cause of Doctors Without Borders.

The piece, born from the collaboration between Vicenzo, who uses his new alias Piano For Your Soul, and Francesco Adornetto, invites the listener to immerse themselves in an inner journey filled with emotional nuances. The vibrant and suspended melodies reflect a balance between fragility and resilience, symbolising tears that are not only a sign of sorrow but also of transformation and hope.

This composition unfolds as a story without words, a dialogue between two artistic souls exploring the infinite with keys that sing and sighs that dance between the lines. Visual and musical art intertwine in a work that celebrates the hidden beauty of the deepest emotions.

I laughed it off, tried to stay kind,
Reached for the bread, tried to clear my mind.

I pivoted smoothly to cereal instead.

...It was one spoon, I muttered.

From the drawer, the whisk screamed,
I’M FROTHING MY FEELINGS!!!

I don’t even know what that means... I whispered.

The fridge muttered darkly,
You left me open for four seconds. I noticed.

I WAS GETTING JAM!!! I shouted, losing my grip.

Then the microwave whispered,
I long for death.

...You heated soup yesterday, I said, completely baffled.

Behind me, the blender howled,
YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW MY SETTING NAMES!!!
