We’re immensely proud to announce the first in 3 album samplers from our very own Toronto Is Broken who’ll be dropping his first artist album ‘Section Nine’ in October at the tender age of 21!
 
Die For You is a pure vocal roller with crashing beats, thundering bass lines all topped off with the sweet vocal talents of REESON – a none stop energetic club smasher that will have hands waving, people singing and speakers booming! 
Stepping up on first remix duties is long time colab partner Anodyne Industries who flips it over, pulls it apart then collides it all together into an intricate work of art – this is next level Drum & bass if we ever heard it! 
Next up is the fast rising alter ego of High Rankin’s house project Rain City Riot. With releases lined up on Defected and Toolroom Will delivers us a sure fire hit for all the deep house heads! 
Finishing off this eclectic set of mixes is Engineers, an original balls to the wall Drum & Bass masterpiece with a euphoric lift.

I'm a fiend for piano rave and old skool.

I was into grunge from '92  - '99, though if I could go back in time I'd enjoy breakbeat rave and piano hardcore and probably would have been a part of that scene.

I like listening to *skool, breaks, Drum and Bass, Jungle, Future Jungle tunes. I didn't start liking this genre until I heard it on the Amiga! I never owned one of those computers, as my parents bought me a PC instead, but I downloaded my first MOD from America Online filesearch back in 1994 and I really enjoyed the juxtaposition of 4-channel simplicity yet still complex beats. I didn't re-discover the genre until 2008 when I found mazemod.org and listened to chiptunes. Also fond of Reggaeton (the synth). Things really took off when I discovered Mono netlabel and listened to H0ffman's "Mono: A Retrospective in 4 channels". Mortimer Twang, Substance, "ISO - We're Here" . Great stuff! 

I like this kind of music because it brings me back to the days when I was a kid in the summer playing video games on those hot summer nights. I'd come across a screen with music I liked and would just leave it there playing on loop. Front Mission 3  / Ace Combat 3 comes to mind. I like this genre because it reminds me of futuristic things.

Born and raised in Los Angeles California DJLD is a Breakbeat Junglist vinylist Dj who has associated himself with todays top Las Vegas Performers. His live mixes have been performed on Local Radio stations in Los Angeles such as GROOVE RADIO 103.1- KZLA-SUPER ESTRELLA-COMEDY WORLD radio network -POWERTOOLS 105.9-AND KRLA TALK RADIO. He started in the radio world as a board operator for most major radio stations in Los Angeles. As well as mixing live on the air. From master production, commercial editing and voice overs. Radio and Clubs have been a part of DJLD music life style for many years...Mostly known as DJLD he has Mixed at local clubs and events in Hollywood such as The Key club, Dragon fly, The Airliner, Zen Sushi bar, The Arena, Hollywood athletic club and The Palladium.  known for his blend of RAGGA BREAKBEAT TECHNO JUNGLE SOUND LD prefers to deliver a full 100% vinyl Set.
