When a cloud lifts at that specific moment. When a leaf comes into your view while you think about longing. When your gaze meets someone else’s eyes, in weirdly perfect timing, and a smile crosses both of you.

When you experience life as soothed connection into possibilities, beyond time, beyond fear, beyond thought, beyond yourself. When you are complete.

What does it mean to love yourself? How does your self-love express itself?
