When we sing, most of our brain is activated.
 Singing is a kind of aerobics in which the body produces endorphins, "hormones of joy", while simultaneously engaging the networks of neurons responsible for emotions in the brain activity.  When we rehearse or sing for the listeners, we develop a specialized network in our brain that ultimately gives us physiological rewards: goosebumps, dopamine release - and generally pleasant sensations.  The more we sing, the more developed this network in our brain and the better we feel when singing.  And when we sing with someone, it adds to our sensations an additional layer of emotions, music creates a feeling of unity between people and Singing in chorus unites us, turns a scattered group of people into a community. "
 Along with endorphins, singing also releases another hormone, oxytocin, which enhances the sense of connection with other people.  It reduces stress levels and improves mood, and a good mood strengthens our immune system;) In addition, singing employs breathing, makes it correct, which in itself is a serious and useful tool.  We return to the roots, to those things that were inherent in us from the beginning, which unite us, give us strength and a sense of community.  And there is no better way to do this than to use the power of singing together in your daily life, sing and be healthy
