With the year coming to end, Christopher Lawrence wraps it up with a new mix compilation "Rush Hour - Best of 2013" which is currently #12 on the Beatport psy trance release chart - http://www.beatport.com/release/rush-hour-best-of-2013/1201259.

Christopher also serves up an incredible December installment of his podcast featuring new tunes by Nicholas Bennison, Solar Spectrum, Tribe Spread, Ohmnidrive, Nanot3ch, Bao, Sonic Species, 5th Dimension, French Skies & Stephane Badey with the track of the month going to Hypnoise.

This months guest mix is from the Buenos Aires production team known as Trip which is made up of Fernando Picciano, AKA Fergie of Fergie and Sadrian, and their studio partner Emiliano Ayub. 

After a taster of Trip’s clean production and engineering tricks on their remix of Anubis by Fergie & Sadrian on Pharmacy Music, the response was so great that Christopher immediately got the guys back in the studio for solo release No Location / Agni, which came  out on Pharmacy Music this month and is getting support from Support from Casey Rasch, Christopher Lawrence, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Gordon Coutts, Martin Libsen, M.I.K.E, Renato Dinis, Robert Gitelman and more.

Christopher Lawrence released his first mix compilation 'Rise' on Fragrant Records in 1997. This release, along with future compilations Temptation, United States of Trance Empire and Around the World - plus his original productions for Hook Recordings were pivotal in the launch of an international career which has spanned almost twenty years.

Back from his tour of Argentina with Paul van Dyk, Christopher Lawrence delivers the final episode of Rush Hour for 2015 including his new single with Jonathan Allyn titled The Human Element. Rush Hour 082 comes direct from Australia where Christopher Lawrence is on the Pharmacy: Phase 4 tour. This episode is jam packed with Pharmacy tracks Christopher is playing on tour and the response has been amazing from Down Under. Track of the Month goes to Orbiteck - The Wicked Rabbit Movement (Fergie & Sadrian Remix), plus there's new tunes from Pharmacy's Microsis, tinY, Frost Raven, Jens Jakob, Lamat and Daniel Lesden. This month's guest mix comes from Daniel Lesden, whose remix of Christopher Lawrence & Jonathan Allyn latest single The Human Element on Pharmacy Music spent several weeks in Beatport's Top 20 singles chart. 

Daniel Lesden has solidified his sound in recent years and is a name that is rapidly rising through the ranks and and is certainly definitely respected by his peers. His music can best be described as atmospheric and melodic, but at same time dancefloor orientated Progressive Psy Trance influenced by his love of the universe and journey of discovery. He has been meticulous in his preparations over the last year for his debut album ‘Chronicles Of The Universe’. With a remix of John 00 Fleming’s forthcoming single already in the pipeline, as well as three new EP’s all to be released on J00F Recording in 2014 the backing of such a powerful label proves Daniel has something special and what can only be described as an explosive journey ahead of him. Described as "A great up and coming psy producer!” by Simon Patterson, he began his professional career in the music scene in 2012 with his first release ‘Contact’ being snapped up by Ovnimoon Records and spent a number of weeks in the ‘Beatport PsyTrance Release 100’, finally holding firm at #7.  A remix of another of the heavyweights of the Psy Trance scene followed this with Ace Ventura’s monumental ‘Presence’, unleashing a moretechie sound on this remix that is certain to smash any dancefloor around the world.

With a career dating back to the late 90's, Oberon has played in more than 20 countries including Japan, Canada, Holland, Germany, Australia and of course his native UK. He has also held residencies in all the major underground trance clubs in the UK, including Pendragon, Antiworld, Return To The Source and Escape from Samsara and can boast that he is the only UK DJ to hold a 3 year residency in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Different from my usual sets, I started off at 113 BPM with psychill then building it up to 138 BPM Tech-Trance.

Christopher Lawrence joined forces with Paul van Dyk for a tour of Argentina in November 2014. The pair who recorded an Essential Mix together in 2006 share a long history, being two of a small handful of trance DJs who pioneered the genre in the mid 1990's. They have played many festivals and club shows together, but this was the first time they have embarked on a tour. They were joined by Tomas Heredia.

The tour hit Rosario on Nov 21st, Buenos Aires on Nov 22nd and Mendoza on Nov 23rd.

Following a series of collaborative sell out shows, original production work and a joint mix compilation together, world renowned DJs John 00 Fleming (UK) and Christopher Lawrence (USA) have officially joined forces under the moniker Fleming & Lawrence.

Here is the first hour from their marathon eight hour set playing to a packed house at Avalon Hollywood in June 2012 (thanks to Kristina Sky for recording it). 

It was a true underground night to remember and a launching point for their upcoming UDM tour.

Christopher Lawrence attended the 25th Anniversary of the Winter Music Conference in Miami in 2010, where he played a record number of shows including Judgement Sundays, AM Only’s ‘One Night Only’, Judge Jules Radio Sessions at Nikki Beach and the IDMA’s Afterparty.

We recorded the first hour of Christopher’s set at Judgement Sundays  at La Folie D'Amour in South Beach.

Christopher joined the line up of Judgement Sundays as it celebrated its 10th year of being Ibiza's busiest night with a special Miami WMC party featuring resident Judge Jules, Sean Tyas and Second Sun.

This was a fantastic night with industry A-listers and fans coming together to enjoy one of the best trance line ups of the Conference.

In September 2010, Christopher Lawrence travelled to Argentina for a tour which included shows at Pacha in Buenos Aires and Infierno in Cordoba. 

Pacha in Buenos Aires is one of the worlds most respected clubs where the crowds passion for music keeps them dancing well beyond dawn. 

Christopher Lawrence’s signature brand of trance has found a loyal audience here, with successive sold out shows at Pacha, along with headline slots the South American Music Festival. His reputation and popularity has made him a favorite in Argentina and he now considers the country “a home away from home!"
