The DJ's typical cool had been ever so slightly marred by this erosion of communication. It bothered her more than she'd ever admit, the reasons for which she struggled to understand.

Welcome to the next chapter in this continually growing Tavi and Scratch series. The muse of these two characters has become something of a platform for me to experiment with new sounds, techniques and styles and this track certainly represents a departure from previous entries. It is also by far the most vividly narrative of the series and I have to give SO MUCH credit to Rhyme Flow who has proven himself time and time again to be quite simply one of the most substantial rapping artists in any scene. And he can SING!

After a little over a year of production, this track feels like a culmination of everything I've dealt with over the past 12 months of my life. Throughout my private silence, my public outbursts, and my personal life, I've been cultivating my musical talents so that you all would hear nothing but the best I can make. It's truly a good feeling knowing that so many of you all continue to support me and my work as an artist, and I hope that I have successfully woven this into the lyrics I've written for this track, sung by the amazing Gabriel "Blackgryph0n" Brown. This song is about wanting to be the best and doing what it takes to get there, a sentiment echoed throughout humanity but sometimes simultaneously looked down upon as arrogance. Okay, so I won't spend too much time explaining the song's behind the scenes story, cause I still don't feel too much confortable to do it. All I can say is some sad stuff happened (not going into details here for now) by the end of it's production, which resulted in me delaying it's release for almost 9 months. But besides that, I have to say this is the song that I most enjoyed to do, since everyone who is singing with us are our friends!
