its been 5 years since I have put out a bass music mix of any kind.
To say a lot has changed since then would be a complete understatement, break ups, moves, career changes, and for a while bass music was going into a direction that I felt dubstep had gone which was abrasive and too heavy. I felt lost as a DJ as I heard the music I once loved with a passion fall into something typical and soulless.

Heavy Chill (Vol. 2)

My set from the Grove 8:30-9:30pm between Sorsari and JPOD and Ibeyi. So grateful to have graced the stage with so many homies and world class acts. It felt right to be back at the Grove playing big sounds on the big rig. Went a little grimey on this one, fitting for some of the things transpiring in my life.
