For me this has been my 14th year of Lärz magic at Fusion Festival! I had the times of my life on these festival grounds, I made so many connections, danced to endless DJ sets and concerts and still return with my homies every year.

Finally I could give sth. back and hope you can relate. With old and new releases from the last two decades, the set reflects all those past 14 years - an ode to life -with all those stories in different shades to tell.

CHRYSTAL CHRIS | Fusion Festival 2022 | Palast der Republik | Monday 2.30-4.30 am

For Chrystal Chris, DJ sets are a mosaic of changing beats, rhythms and frequencies of life, retold as synthesis of the perfect imperfection. They polarise between fragility and strength, stagnancy and progression, despair and hope - with the aim to shine you bright.

Her sound travels vary from Electronica to Deep and Acid House, IDM, Trip Hop, Glitch and Ambient (Techno) - being influenced by artists like Max Cooper, Rival Consoles, Jon Hopkins and Four Tet. When playing live, she enthuses the audience with a rousing performance and her literal bounce.

In 2017, she found her homebase in Berlin where she is constantly being inspired by the diverse music community. In August 2019 she released her first track ‘Beary Me!'. 
As @Saphear, Chrystal Chris teams up with violinist @Sawatzki who improvises to her DJ sets. With @kolibrisinfonie they not only started an event series but also a platform to highlight electronic music artists they appreciate from their heart.
