This playlist is established by your support and cooperation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I think that it is easy to understand by thinking that it is not a ranking but a program of a concert. While listening to new works by artists who have exchange, one flow is made. It is not just an enumeration but an image of an actual concert and devised it so that there is no sense of incongruity and put it in a list.

Oh how we love Willie and  Merle. This was one of their last songs that they recorded together and I believe they had fun doing it.  That was the Django and Jimmie CD. Tough one here.  In recent years, I have lost many family members and so many friend.  The deepest cut was the lost of my beautiful 31 year old daughter a few years ago this month. Friday is movie day for the wife and I.  Recently we saw the movie (12 Strong) about the first American soldiers to fight back after 911.  As the credits rolled at the end, this song played and has stuck with me.  Recorded  by Zac Brown and trio, Sir Rosevelt.  Love this song and tried a little version.  Thanks for the listen

Ever wish you were somewhere else.  I know I'am not the only one who, at times,has to sit and listen while be chewed on.  Let your mind take you away.  John Prine- Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame.  He won his first Grammy in 1991 and at age 70 he was named Artist of the Year by the Americana Music Association.  His songs have been recorded by the likes of Johnny Cash, Bettte Midler, Bonnie Raitt, George Strait and many others.  His new album , The Tree of Forgiveness is receiving so much acclaim.  Love this man
