Kostya Outta is an international artist and a regular on the global club scene, performing across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Playing b2b with artists like Dmitry Molosh and Tantum and sharing stages with Aly & Fila, Amonita, Robert Babicz, Rauschhaus, Sander van Doorn, Westbam and many others, Kostya Outta brings a unique touch to his gigs - what he calls "a sound from outta space."

Born and raised in Belarus but now based in Poland, Kostya Outta first emerged over a decade ago. On the success of early tracks such as ‘High Flyers’ and ‘Silence’, Kostya’s groovy melodic sound was born, making him a new breed of progressive house producers to watch going forward. A continued evolution in sound across the last three years has seen the Belarusian artist rise into one of the genre’s most in demand talents. World class DJs such as D-Nox, Eelke Kleijn, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Paul van Dyk and more have been steadfast supporters along the way, while releases ia Replug, Mango Alley, Proportion and Afterglow have been discography highlights.

Since 2022, his tracks and releases have consistently reached the Beatport Top 10 in his genre, including his latest Awakening EP, featuring Hernan Cattaneo & Marcelo Vasami remix - Mango Alley's 300th release, which was out in February 2025

Drawing on post-punk, new wave and synthpop to forge a unique electronic rock sound, Dream 
Prescription is one of those rare bands that can transform the challenges of life into artful recordings 
and still put on an electrifying show that feels like a party. 
Dream Prescription has released two EPs and numerous singles, with their 2024 releases notching 
over 70k streams on Spotify. The band's latest singles have elicited praise from the likes of New Noise 
Magazine, who called Out Of My Head "a high octane thrill ride", and Earmilk, who lauded Settle Down
as "riveting". Based in New York and formed as a duo in 2020, the band expanded their live lineup in 
2023 to a full band, and their shows at well-respected NYC venues such as The Bowery Electric and 
Berlin Under A have been met with enthusiastic responses. 
Dream Prescription is led by vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Tim Robert, whose career has included 
writing and performing for rock theater as well as producing and DJing electronic dance music. Robert 
made stirs in the international EDM scene, being called "one of the USA's brightest stars" by Release 
Promo DJ Pool and appearing at the prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event festival. 
Robert has enlisted several top-notch collaborators for Dream Prescription, beginning with synthesist 
Kent Friedman. Robert and Friedman met while playing DJ gigs together and went on to collaborate on 
remixes for each other. The band's live lineup now includes drummer Adam Fischel, keyboardist 
Brittany Anjou, and bassist/vocalist David Leatherwood, whose resume includes touring with supporting 
bands for acts such as Duran Duran. 
Robert explains the project's mission: "I want our music to wrestle with questions of what we want, 
what we dream of, and the challenges people face in making their dreams a reality. My goal is to make 
our recordings and live shows a fun and cathartic experience for our fans." 
Why doesn't the real world live up to the world of dreams? How can we know what we want in the 
face of the bizarre distortions of modern society? Dream Prescription drives headlong into these 
questions with electronic music for the future.
