This is fantastic. The clapping (reminds me of a chant around a campfire), the choral vocals, the strings.

Very dramatic indeed with a primeval feel, great work!

Campfire Stories is a collaboration project with ten tracks, mostly covers but with a unique futuristic improvised & primitive twist.
It's about a small group of people, surviving a bad and empty world. The Internet is gone, cities are dark and life is hard. They share urban legends around the campfires under a starry sky and try to find new friendships in a world without the Web.

Vocals by Irina (  @irina-951237464 ). I found her acapella and I 'saw' a movie unfolding when I listened to it (many times). Her interpretation is the best outthere and I hope my music emphasizes that some more.

In the 22nd century, the world as we know it is gone. Survivors gather around campfires high on mountain tops. There's no technology, no government. There are no more holy books but the lyrics from the old music have become part of a new religion where the AngelMan is worshipped. There's a witch who summons the AngelMan every Thor's Day by using an old Bowie record (the black disk) connected to a broadcast system. For the people, this is pure magic. This transformative work uses the lyrics from Bowie's Thursday's Child.

In a possible future, the Internet is down, there's no power, no food and no government. Most of the music is done with improvised instruments like cans, furniture and garbage. And the hits of today have become classical / folk songs. This is one of them.
