interesting.....  is there a story line behind these works?

"Introspective (de)constructed nature"  was composed for the International Society Contemporary Music, World Music Days, 2020,  theme: "music eco system".  The original 6.1 channel version as a composed sensescape for the interactive "woollen sound organs" - installation. It was nominated by Nieuw Geneco (Dutch Composers). The 6.1 channel composition is an extended version adding further accents and details to each woollen sound organ, creating an intimate personal multi sensory hearing experience. 

The public can take and share the wearable “woollen sound organs” like woollen lungs, heart and liver while hearing and feeling the resonating organ sounds through their body; becoming performers themselves. It is offering the audience as active listeners a new approach for experiencing a musical landscape as “sensescape” by hearing with multiple senses and sharing a temporally “music ecosystem”.

I'm not political in the slightest. I just wanted to make something of myself that wasn't fake (like Fox). We've all seen it all but that doesn't mean we know it all. I don't think of people as for me/against me. They're just people but I also want think I know the truth (because I don't) and that's why I am reading this poem for you (because the truth is only true between dyads).

Cinzia Nistico is a composer working in theater/video art based in Amsterdam

Her music brought her from Milan to London, back to Milan and finally to Amsterdam where she’s currently based.
She studied composition at Trinity College of Music where she graduated, and in Milan Conservatorio di Musica, where she also graduated in 2010. She studied with Paolo Rimoldi in Milan, Fabio Nieder in Amsterdam and Salvatore Sciarrino at the Acanthes summer course in Metz. Among her most significant encounters is Rolf Riehm and Bernhard Lang who she recently met in Ostrava (CZ).
Among the venues where she received performances there is the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, “De Duif” Amsterdam, Muziekgebouw aan ‘t ij and Trinity College, Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Peacock Theatre in London. Her music has been performed among others, by the Atlas Ensemble (2010), Ensemble Risognanze (2010), Orchestre National de Lorraine conducted by Diego Masson (2008), Cseallox Duo (2009/10/12) and Briefe Ensemble (2010), Quasar Ensemble (2011) True Lobster Duo (2012). She collaborated with the choreographer Laurant Cavanna, from Rambert Company in London, and the film director Alan Denman, for whom she composed the soundtrack of Luminoid, which was successfully presented at the New York short film Festival and Cannes Film Festival in the short film section.
Her music has been performed in Festivals in Amsterdam such as Gaudeamus Vertolkers concours & week van de Kamermuziek, Uitmarkt Festival, in Milan at the Festival Milano Musica (2010) and within the Internationale Saxofoondag festival (Barneveld) and Festival del Sassofono Fermo (Italy); in the Czech Republic (Ostrava Music Days 2011), Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Amsterdam (2012) Alte Schmiede in Vienna (2012). In August 2012 there will be a premiere of her music in Denmark.
