Kandylion has devoted the better part of the last decade to refining her DJ chops in the vibrant Brooklyn underground while developing a sound that is deeply rooted in the NYC queer scene. Her sets have been featured on dance floors far and wide, including London’s Dalston Superstore, Club 1722 in Baltimore, and Sole Rehab of Rochester NY, as well as beloved local venues like Good Room and House of Yes. Infusing deep and soulful house grooves with touches of euphoric techno, seductive electro, dynamic acid, breaks and more, she provides an energetic and uplifting dance floor atmosphere that invites full-bodied participation. Kandylion is a resident of the queer nightlife collective XOXA and one half of KNDYFRK, a duo project with fellow nightlife disciple SPRFRK.
