EACH SONG IS A MEDITATION IN THE KEY OF THE CHAKRA, IN ORDER FROM LOWEST TO HIGHEST. YOU CAN USE THE TRACKS INDIVIDUALLY TO FOCUS ON A CHAKRA OR DO THEM IN SEQUENCE TO OPEN UP THE WHOLE SYSTEM.
