We first got hooked on Tommy Awards back in 2012 from their unreleased collection of tracks on SoundCloud and have been huge fans of theirs ever since.

This ten-track journey seamlessly blends electronic textures, ambient washes, and shoegaze-tinged drones, effortlessly creating atmospheres and hypnotic soundscapes for your soul. Next up, heavenly father Greg Belson. A true OG DJ, collector & vinyl archaeologist, he’s been amassing an archive of obscure, undiscovered recordings from all over the United States for over 25 years. 

He’s produced records under various guises, including Divine Situation alongside producer Paulo Fulci. He's behind the compilation Divine Disco Series on @CulturesofSoul Records and also hosts the monthly Divine Chord Gospel Show on @dublab, broadcast out of his home town of LA. ⛪

Greg applied his musical nous to Palms Trax's label @CWPT on their excellent tape series too, ‘Saturday Night/Sunday Morning’, mixing two sides of truly transcendent, deeply affecting cuts that speak in turn for the heat of the weekend party and the afterglow of a Sunday morning. ✨

He has graciously delivered a 100% gospel modern soul & disco session to bring up the half century in our mix series, in life-affirming, transcendental fashion. Eternal thanks Greg 🙏

Matthew Goldsmith (his real name) confesses that his first musical memories belong to a distant time when he used to dance along to The Beatles in his California living room with his mom and sister. Later he developed an obsession with guitar moving on to electronic music production in 2009 and, after relocating to Berlin in 2015, he immediately fell into the black hole of house and techno. The four track EP by the American/Berlin based producer is an amalgamation of a year’s worth of music production; two of the tracks originating in his flat in Friedrichshain, with the other two coming about during a visit to his friends ‘Local Dialect’ in New York City. Nonduality draws massive inspiration from artists like Janeret, Mangabey, Loure, and Loz Goddard to name a few and we’re really happy to host his debut on AM, being his ‘Melodies’ a perfect display of his musical capabilities. Clandestino have been involved in Leeds' underground music scene for over 20 years; regularly throwing diverse parties and inviting exciting DJ talent. Their esoteric style of dance music has gained them gigs at some of Europe’s premier club spots such as Renate in Berlin, Stalingrad in Paris, Geneva’s La Graviere and Powerhouse in Moscow in addition to being regular fixtures on the discerning festival circuit. Their monthly show on KMAH Radio is deemed essential and their podcast series is revered world wide for showcasing regular mixes from high caliber and lesser known DJ's.
