Love the expansive opening and the slow swell of strings that promise a full realisation but leave me wanting. The title is very apt.

A meditative beauty.  One melts into the flowing lines.  No effort is needed, one need only listen.  Thank you Philip for this musical journey that is also a pause to consider unseen realms.

Orchestral music works surprisingly well with electronic sound and heavy percussions. I guess orchestral music goes well with anything. It is amazing what you can do with a little software in a computer...and a LOT of RAM...

Aporia is an ongoing Internet collab project based around the piano/bass duo 'Kirby/Ward'. Occasionally we capture something at rehearsal that we send to dummer Dane Renshaw (Japan) and guitarist Bruce Musser (U.S.A) to add their respective talents too. Its usually pretty spacious and dreamy : ) For this track we added the talents of Dylan Banks playing the Intonarumori as it seemed the least likely instrument ( and therefore most fun)  to suit this pseudo jazz jam extraction. As always Aporia may or may not record more music
