Tara's out-of-the-box taste in a multitude of music genres, paired with her passion for taking crowds through journey of different sounds and styles, enables her to stir crowds with deep, funky soulful grooves, trippy rhythms, raw acid and electro beats, to breakbeats, to hypnotic indie dance vibes to techno and beyond. 

Always striving to elevate the vibe and connect with the dance floor, Tara creates exhilarating sound experiences that are compelling, sophisticated, haunting yet healing.

Slantooth has played along side many "old school hard hitters" such as Goldie, Jumping Jack Frost, Dillinja & LemonD, Spirit, Usual Suspects, and many, many more. In 2002, Slantooth became the owner of Compound Records Seattle. A brother store of Compound San Francisco. The first and only all drum & bass store on the West Coast.
