This time in the shape of 5 incredible remixes by some of electronic music’s most intriguing and brightest stars.

Lehar, Luca Bachetti, Patrice Baumel, Termoment and Lost & Found head honcho Guy J have each reinterpreted their favourite off Khen’s future classic debut.

‘Imaginal Cells’ has been repurposed by the label boss himself into a beautiful slice of melodic goodness. With trippy FX details and a serene breakdown, its yet another Guy J classic rework. 

Diynamic's Lehar offers his take on the Khen and Guy J collabo ‘Prism’, turning down the intensity of the original with a sophisticated touch, he leads the track to deeper waters with an infectious melody that marries the familiar underlying key elements of the original in perfect symbiosis.

The sonic voyage continues with Luca Bachetti’s groovish take on ‘Authentica’. Adding to the recognisable lead melody, he gives the track an almost cinematic and atmospheric treatment that leaves you longing for more.

Patrice Baumel, fresh from the success of his recent remix of Cubicolor, tackles ‘Land of Goshen’. Taking the track in a more driving and pumping direction with a nod to 90s classic Trance, this track will cause a stir in sets from dusk to dawn.

Closing the collection on a trippy vibe with hints of old school Acid and an uncanny detailed soundscape that will leave you in awe, is Termoment’s take on ‘One Day of Independence’. A beautiful and fitting finalé to this weighty package of reworks.

French artist, Clawz SG, returns to Steyoyoke Black with his new release, the Andromeda EP. Featuring two original tracks and two remixes, he transcends his distinctive sound; reaching for the ever-expanding boundaries of space. Venturing through darker tones and atmospheres, we let our imaginations be guided into zones of jubilation and curiosity.
The title track, “Andromeda”, pictures us moving through the constellations with the galaxies resembling the sheer awe of the wonder that is presented in the music. Next, “Hydrus” creates a spiral of energy, our minds begin to dart between the stars, sending us into a frenzy. Darko Milosevic offers his remix of “Andromeda”, its sounds warping and expanding mimicking the confines of the cosmos. Lastly, we receive a remix of “Hydrus” from Italian artist Erly Tepshi. He propels the already incredible original into new frontiers with its masterful reimagining.
Across the four songs found on the Andromeda EP, Clawz SG takes us on a journey through new sounds and experiences. Each song displaying stellar attention to detail setting the stage as we lose ourselves in the unknown.

Fresh for 2k20 the Hive Audio crew comes in with a dark surprise – the launch of a new platform/subsidiary for strictly darker dancefloor-focused electronic music. For the very first release on Hive Audio Dark we proudly present the new single effort created by Hive Club resident and Swiss-based producer Vanita who's weighing in two original tracks as well as a captivating remix on her „Still On My Mind EP“.

The opening tune „Still On My Mind“ sees Vanita joining forces with vocalist Eleonora, catering a deep take on late night Tech House mysticism surely influenced by classic Tech Trance and Progressive vibes with its endless breakdown, slowly evolving melodic pads and patterns as well as Eleonora's reflective, innocent yet captivating lyrics floating atop the tunes structure like a fairytale from an alternate ancient reality.

With their rework of „Still On My Mind“ the duo that is Prismode & Solvane presents a new take on the original track built on a foundation of highly compressed, hard pumping bassdrums and obvious Tribal influences accompanied by cascading melodies and even more of an uplifting, harmonic and Melody-inducing feel for maximum dancefloor impact.

With „Broken Pieces“ Vanita is in for another solo studio effort, bringing forth a well more brooding and technoid aspect of her sonic explorations. Masterly sculpted hard hitting drums are accompanied by a heftly low-end as well as panoramic pads, a distinct percussive shuffle and layers upon layers of ever changing intertwined synth modulations as well as a modernistic, spaced-out homage to (Neo)Cosmic alike which defo levels all punters' brains up to a hypnotic state of consciousness.
