Chris Assaad and Mose are pleased to offer this beautiful collaborative effort coming deep from the hearts of a brotherhood formed through musical resonance. These two converged in Toronto (Chris’s home base) in the summer of 2018 when the seed was planted for collaboration. It is an adaptation of the original song written by Chris, weaving in newly recorded vocals and the added elements of Mose’s production including a bit of his flute. This newly revised version of the track took shape inside Mose’s personal retreat towards the end of 2018 and fully blossomed into the final offering that it is today during his following retreat in the fall of 2019. Both have dedicated themselves deeply to craft something touching that neither one could do alone. Maybe you can feel the essence of love and compassion in Chris’s words woven delicately through time by Mose’s signature touch.

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. These can help induce states of relaxation, meditation and help to relieve anxiety and stressed out states. This works best with headphones because binaural beats are panned hard left and right which forces the brain to synchronize the two tones.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.
