Mr. Kaon aka Ju Lien, began his life with a career as member of TSA ( Hip- Hop  crew)  and a career of Chef and still leads a double professional activity as a cook and DJ, evolving alongside great Chefs such as Frank Ferigutti, Julien Schilacci , Thomas Grand Clément. or Joel Reyes (food inc . Rep -Dominican).
