Here loving and appreciating all the talent and beautiful expressions of love, heartache and emotion though that beautiful soul inspiring language of music.  Breaks and Electro in particular have been my weakness.

Born and bred in the Tampa Bay area, the DJ formally known as Deejay Humidity, was a staple in the  underground scene in the Tampa Bay area of the late 90’s and early 2000’s, with after hour residencies at AVO2, Platinum Vault, and The Starlite Lounge. He also had nighty sessions at Rain and 1509.

Code Rising is an American Electro duo that was formed in 2010 and consists of Matt Lancaster (South Carolina) and Ryan Phillips (South Florida). Over the years, Code Rising has shared the stage and worked with some of the biggest names in the Electro music scene; performing live mainly in Miami and the surrounding Florida coasts.

After a healthy line of digital releases on Monotone Records from 2010-2013, the duo saw the release of their first full-length CD "Dissemination Protocol" on their own label, Propulsion Recordings. 2021 saw the largest release from the duo yet; "A Spectral Odyssey" was released digitally via BandCamp with a whopping 18 track playlist. Accounting for original and collaborative work, the duo have more than several 12" EP releases in their catalogue. Most of the Code's discography can be found on Soundcloud and Bandcamp! I am just a HUGE music fan!!!  After hearing my first Florida breaks back in the middle to late 90's and then going to a Baby Anne show in Atlanta, I was hooked.  I love a little bit of it all, just depends on my mood as to what I want to hear.  If its too loud, you're too old......................................
