This song is not about any one person, (if your offended get over yourself). Although it touches on pointless hate and genre abandonment it's main purpose is to shake asses...period. None of the lyrics were written out of malice or insult but merely for the sake of creating art inspired by a current trend in thinking. Code Rising is an American Electro duo that was formed in 2010 and consists of Matt Lancaster (South Carolina) and Ryan Phillips (South Florida). Over the years, Code Rising has shared the stage and worked with some of the biggest names in the Electro music scene; performing live mainly in Miami and the surrounding Florida coasts.

After a healthy line of digital releases on Monotone Records from 2010-2013, the duo saw the release of their first full-length CD "Dissemination Protocol" on their own label, Propulsion Recordings. 2021 saw the largest release from the duo yet; "A Spectral Odyssey" was released digitally via BandCamp with a whopping 18 track playlist.
