God created DJ's to bring music to bring joy to others. Using music as a creative expression to  one’s emotions. I  am truly blessed to help others! I've been djying for almost 5 years but have been in the culture for 25+ years. Growing up listening to artists like Sharaz, Icee, Santana, Rick West, Magic Mike, Fbi, etc. Those don't even scratch the surface to pioneers of Breakbeats. i went to a club for the first time when I was 15 years old in 1994, we went to the Edge in downtown Orlando Florida. I also started djing, mixing records, and buying records from the local dj record shops like at the Drop Shop, Vinyl Frontier, Underground Records, Rock N Roll Heaven, and a few more other stores that sold dj records.

Code Rising is an American Electro duo that was formed in 2010 and consists of Matt Lancaster (South Carolina) and Ryan Phillips (South Florida). Over the years, Code Rising has shared the stage and worked with some of the biggest names in the Electro music scene; performing live mainly in Miami and the surrounding Florida coasts.

After a healthy line of digital releases on Monotone Records from 2010-2013, the duo saw the release of their first full-length CD "Dissemination Protocol" on their own label, Propulsion Recordings. 2021 saw the largest release from the duo yet; "A Spectral Odyssey" was released digitally via BandCamp with a whopping 18 track playlist. Accounting for original and collaborative work, the duo have more than several 12" EP releases in their catalogue. Most of the Code's discography can be found on Soundcloud and Bandcamp!
