These new songs let us see a vision, an imagination from Cuushe that we’ve never seen before.
The balearic guitar-house of key track ‘I Love You’ has already received praise in the press both in Japan and overseas while tho ambient R&B of ‘Hanabi’ is reminiscent of Cocteau Twins & early 4AD meets soul music.
Cuushe’s unique, beautiful voice and ethereal, beat driven music truly gives us a new dimension in dream pop.

Tom Lue demonstrates his exceptional producing skills with his two-part EP soon to be released on sunsetmelodies. The first tune, ‘14 Years’ is an emotional heart-hitter that will envelop its listeners in a breathtaking ambience that leads to a vibrant landscape, perfect for one’s soul to sail through. ‘Voices’ is a track that will get stuck in your mind thanks to its harmonious melody, mesmerising vocal chops and overall progressive rhythm. 

The ’14 Years’ remix comes from emerging Canadian producer jav3x who brings a tropical and summer inspired feel to the tune. Bolstering its tranquil atmosphere, the tune creates a flawless dreamscape.

‘Reverberate Slowly’ is a smoky collection of gorgeous late-night dub miniatures from Berlin-based producer El Fog / Masayoshi Fujita. Sounding at times like a less academic Jan Jelinek or a hopelessly innocent Rhythm and Sound; deceptively complex click, hiss and pop rhythms are used to underpin a series of minimal elements (rhodes and vibraphone tones, sleepy acoustic guitar, samples of piano and double bass) that slowly resonate through each track, quietly pulsing and reverberating as suggested by the album’s evocative title. Opening track ‘Mountain Dub’ sets the tone, and as a simple keyboard phrase is repeated over vinyl crackles and low throbs you are drawn effortly into the murky vapour. This is further explored with ‘Silent Soaring’ and ‘El Cloud’ which both consolidate the misty mood, building a complex mesh of rhythms from soft clicks and pops while never descending into mindless digital manipulation. It is this human aspect
that gives ‘Reverberate Slowly’ its beating heart, and makes it such an appropriate release on the fast-growing the label. Unlike so many albums in the genre it has a fragile personality and many layers to uncover on each subsequent listen. ‘Reverberate Slowly’ is a totally seductive listening experience and like a candlelit supper with that special someone, it won’t fail to draw you into its moonlit night-time mood.

Cokiyu’s long-awaited single, 'Haku', is finally here! The title of this single, 'Haku', is actually a brand new demo song by cokiyu after her critically acclaimed 2nd album, “Your Thorn”. Started from'Haku', cokiyu then invited 3 of her favorite artists, namely Baths, Geskia! and LASTorder to collaborate using materials from 'Haku'. In this collaboration process, new ideas were born, new sounds were injected, new dimensions were created, and thus, 3 new songs were conceived.

'Twinkle Way' is a very charming duet with the popular artist Baths (anticon label) from United States, along with sweet beats and fluffy vocals. 'Pulsation' is the result of the beautiful collaboration with flau’s beats producer Geskia!, whose popularity in Japan has been rising rapidly. And the 19 years old young gun LASTorder (who is known for his collaboration with Shingo2) joined forces in the 3rd song, “Fluorite”, with some gorgeous and yet dramatic arrangement.

The single is completed with a 9-minutes epic remix by Kyoto’s most talented young beat-maker, Madegg, who recently released his debut album “Tempera” in flau label.

Music Producer

Born amidst the forested mountains where the Shimanto River begins its quiet journey in Ehime, Japan.
Her artistic voice first emerged during her time at music university, where she explored the fringes of electronic and contemporary sound, eventually bringing her sonic world to life on stage.
In 2007, she released her debut album Mirror Flake, followed by Your Thorn in 2011 - works that led her to perform across Denmark, Australia, and throughout Asia, weaving delicate, immersive live experiences.
In 2016, she collaborated with visual artist Akiyoshi Kitagawa on sidhe, a multi-channel sound installation enveloping VACANT in Harajuku with haunting layers of sound and image, accompanied by a 60-minute soundtrack.
After a period of quiet, she returned with the EP Koya in 2021 and Zanzo in 2024 - meditative works echoing landscapes both internal and external. Beyond her personal creations, her music has found homes in film (Confessions by Tetsuya Nakashima), television and web commercials (including for KOSE Sekkisei and SONY), animated works, and runway shows - each a canvas for her intimate and textured soundscapes.
