With releases on Heavy House Society, Low:Res and TBX Records, as well as gaining support from all corners of the house music scene, the TwoSlice duo have been taking things to the next level in 2020... with or without the clubs open. 

Having made themselves a regular feature in the Beatport top 10, with no less than six releases spanning the year, TwoSlice have well and truly rocketed onto the scene. Armed with their very own infectious ‘Twoslicey’ sound, they are quickly making their mark and finding their unique space in the underground. This is testament to their track’s such as ‘Masterplan’, which was championed far and wide by DJs, and has swiftly made the duo a staple choice in the crates of some of the world’s biggest tastemakers at the turn of this year. 

The TwoSlice journey started as local childhood friends when Jamie and Charlie would regularly spend days together listening and playing music, perfecting their sound and skills on guitar, bass and drums. Both had a diverse interest in music while growing up from disco, hip-hop and funk which features heavily in their deep grooving house sounds. Partnership is the driving factor in their production and in their role as A&R for the label Swerve Digital, ensuring these influences combined with the classic four to the floor club sound shine through. 

This all comes together when they step-up to the booth, the duo strive for moody electric energy when they get behind the decks, and with a catalogue of new material to unleash and a whole lot of pent up energy, TwoSlice are ready to capture the hearts and souls of dance floors across the globe.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Leeds based DJ & Love Not Money Records owner Luke Pompey has experienced a lot in that time. He graced the decks at Ibizan super club Cream, Amnesia at 18 years old then 2 years later supported Tiesto when Galaxy FM invited him to play Privilege. He's played to crowds in excess of 10,000+ alongside the biggest names in the industry, had his productions supported by the likes of Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Solomon, and Pete Tong who featured both his remix of Dennis Ferrer's "Hey Hey" and Real Nice & Cubiq's 'Had Enough' on the Radio 1 essential selection.
Residing in Leeds, home to the UK's most vibrant clubbing scenes, he held a long standing residency at the cities most established club, Mint, which offered amazing opportunities playing back2back with The Martinez Brothers and Hot Since 82 and touring various brands at Festivals such as Glade, Glastonbury, Creamfields & Secret Garden Party.

As owner of 'Love Not Money Records', he turned the label in to one of the House scenes most talked about new music outputs. Launching 2011 the label found its feet among the dance elite. Releasing over 200 tracks from the likes of Hot Since 82, Darius Syrossian, Max Chapman and Robert James while gaining support worldwide on BBC Radio 1, Capital FM and Ibiza Global Radio. Racking up 15 Beatport top 100's along the way.

Since his emergence Joe has gone on to release on internationally renowned house music labels. 

This led him to receive early support from his peers including Claptone, David Guetta, Mark Knight, Low Steppa, Sam Divine just to name a few. He has also featured on the UK’s leading national radio stations, including the BBC. 

Whilst he achieved early success he didn’t stop there. As of late 2017,  he became the A&R label manager of the successful independent label called Love Not Money Records which have released early productions from Hot Since 82, Darius Syrossian, Amine Edge & Dance, Josh Butler, Dale Howard just to name a few. 

It has been a bright career for Joe so far having played major festivals and events supporting some of the biggest names in music. Joe is known to be able to play at anytime, from a chilled opening set to a full peak time slot. Bringing the house down in the process.

At a time where many young labels are vying for the attention of the music-buying public, and of course, trying to work their way into every DJ's record box – Love Not Money has made quite an impression. The Leeds-based label run by DJ / Producer Luke Pompey has released a consistent catalogue of quality music from a range of talented, and mostly new artists. In a short space of time the label has fast become one of the industries most reputable sources of good music while maintaining a high quality and a slick approach to everything they do, from the artwork, to merchandise, to parties.

Since launching late 2011 Love Not Money have already found their feet among the dance elite. They've signed over 100 artists, are close to their 70th release and have gained support from DJ's the world over. They've had plays worldwide on BBC Radio 1, Capital FM, Ibiza Global Radio and have racked up 15 Beatport top 100's, 1 Nu-Disco No.2 and launched Love Not Money clothing along the way. 

Love Not Money is not just about music they are a collective of Freethinkers, Artists, Musicians, Illustrators & Designers all with a view to keeping things fresh.
