It's such a big pleasure for me to have Dan a.k.a. DJ Sideways now on my channel, presenting his session for some Moments Of Light 'n Darkness (MLD).

I really love his way not making big words about huge things he gets spinning and rolling -  also with his growing YouToube Channel, where one by one well known gives each other the handle to present themselves with a dubtechno mixtape. Actually this channel it was which makes me switch to Youtube more often now, listening to his uploads regularly with much interest! His passion how he is doing it impresses and inspires me. I'm really happy about this supportive and kind connection, also with other kind cooperations in the sourroundings, which will result in nuff cool things in future, I can bet!

Armin has been into techno for over 30 years. Started DJing in the 90s. He is still DJing, mainly with Vinyl. Since the early 2000s, he's been active in and around Erlangen / Nuremberg (Germany) as a member of the local non-profit Electronic Party Collective called "STRONG SIGNALS". So far, he has released the OHM series, spclnch, and Piranha Siberia Dub on Greyscale.

This selection contains a melange of tracks from my first three mixes when I started to upload in public here on SoundCloud in early Summer 2021. I had the feeling that I want to come back to this beginnings and set them in a different view after my following processing. So it is also a bit back and forth now -  especially because it contains  this remix of this Ann Clark track from Marc Romboy which has a straight connection to the start of my musical biography in my teens. She was always such an  impressing artist to me with her speech lyrics and actually "Our Darkness" was my hymn from her when I was about 16. I am very greatful I got in touch with such kind of indi stuff in that time - so serious and sad, I really felt that. Some things never change inside. It keeps it real, I guess.

A wee message from the man himself...

As I like to add some extra Seabra Monkey sauce to my mixtapes to give it my own flavour, I have edited some tracks. 
The opening track is my own and is remixed for this mixtape to fit it better. 
The original version is set for release on February 12th 2024. 
The track is personal as Lia is a long lost relative that came back into my life recently. 
She is a big fan of what I do and to honor her I have created this track especially for her! 
I feel the mixtape came out well and I do hope you all will like it too.
