My take on one of my favourite tracks from last year. 
I've upped the tempo to turn this euphoric track into something more dance floor friendly

The Flaming Lips, twitched her little hips
the sun and the moon, were forming an eclipse

mountains coal fountains, killing Tennessee 
doubters used to say, you can't do trapeze

the doubters looked up to the total eclipse 
and they saw the girl swinging to the flaming lips 
the diamond in the sky made cynicism die 
the diamond in the sky made cynicism nigh

The Flaming Lips twitched all their hips 
while the sun and the moon were waning from eclipse 
the birds and the bee's were breeding in the trees 
Tennessee mountains could breath in the breeze 
doubters became believers of trapeze 
she's the diamond from the sky which made them realize
the clearest way into the universe is through a forest wilderness

"Wide-Eyed" was the first single from, and is the second track on, our second album, "A Folded Letter." The song was recorded in November, 2015 in a cabin at Lake Wallenpaupack, Pennsylvania.

The Brothers Lynch

The Chase is the second single off Charlie DeCarlo's upcoming debut album, "Paper Birds." This Singer/Songwriter draws inspiration from some of his favorite artists as well as his own experiences. Charlie combines elements of folk, indie, Americana and pop, to create a sound all his own.

It is dedicated to the memory of my father, John Shimchick
and to my friends on the staff of Acacia Hospice whose ministry is to help bring the pieces together in the lives of those they care for.
