Throughout the quarantine, I've been playing and listening to a lot of instrumental music, especially just piano as it's always been something to help me find a moment of calm. 

I've also been thinking of the phrase 'one day at a time' a lot and felt it was an appropriate title for a little improvisation I recorded today. I hope you're all safe and hanging in there, and that this song brings you a bit of peace the way it does for me. - Steve

P.S. The artwork is from my first trip to California from the beginning of February, when things were quite a bit calmer.
