Music has always been a huge part of my life.  I listen to a wide variety of music, and I love discovering and sharing great music.  It is because of this that I began making mixes.

Earth Scientist/ Geotechnical Engineer, homebrewer of the finest meads, certified nerd, tea enjoyer, and most of all... music lover! I've been into Trance since 2013 and I started producing in 2015. Since then I released many tracks on labels like VERSE, Premier Leaugue, High Emotions, Technomind and Inspectrum to name just a few. I am known for having created my own unique and creative, complex, symphonic and dreamy Trance sound focused on integrating modern possibilities with old-school authenticity. The last few years I've been expanding my interests more towards Deep/ Prog house, Hardstyle, Rawstyle, Hardcore and Ambient among others. So, expect some wider influences to creep into my tracks every now and then, while I push forward to make my tracks as emotional as possible. Please, come join me on this georney!

I got involved in EDM and deejay in the late 90s thanks to a friend of mine that bought a pair of Gemini turntables and some 90s Italo-Dance vinyl that we was listening in local disco.

From that point my own equipment evolved from Virtual Turntables 1.8 to Stanton ST90 passing by a pair of Pioneer CDJ 100 and my musical tastes quickly evolved from Italo-Dance music to Trance music, thanks to the Internet and the great community Tranceaddict.com.

In the 2006 I stopped to deejay and I sold my equipment but in the 2014 I started to slowly re-enter and I (finally) started to play and enjoy some good electronic music again.

I love instrumental uplifting and euphoric trance but I don't dislike to put in my sets some more deep and grovy progressive / techish tracks and some catchy vocals tunes.

Cold Blue’s ascension into a Trance superstar over the last two years has been nothing short of extraordinary. He has consistently delivered release after release for the world’s top Trance labels including Subculture, Kearnage, WAO138, Pure Trance and FSOE, as well as compiling and mixing the Subculture 2018 CD, which was a 70 minute club mix containing all his own productions. As a DJ his ever-increasing popularity is reflected in his touring schedule. Debut festival performances at EDC Las Vegas, Dreamstate So Cal, Tomorrowland, Airbeat One, alongside arena shows in Australia, the United States and the UK have propelled him into a position amongst the Trance elite.

2019 will see Cold Blue shift up another couple of gears again and his studio has already gone into complete overdrive. This year big releases are forthcoming on Subculture whilst there are also whispers of a debut artist album. It’s these artistic capabilities that have cemented Cold Blue as a premier league artist who has a massive part to play in shaping the future of Trance Music.
