Cedric Driks

Label Manager of EP Digital Music ( House / Techno french label).
Cédric est issu de la scène électronique des années 90. Son amour pour la musique débuta en 1990 avec l'acid house alors qu'il était à peine âgé de 8 ans. 

Avec une famille de forain (comme un certain Laurent G.), la musique est presque une religion. Une sorte d' Obelix qui serait tombé dans la marmite lol.
En 1994, il demanda pour son anniversaire ses premieres platines. Et à partir de là, il ne lachera plus jamais ses MK2. 

On pourra le voir dans diverses soirées, festivals aux cotés de grands noms comme Laurent Garnier, Derrick May, Luke Slater, Kenny Larkin, Adam Beyer, Dave Clarke, Green Velvet, John Thomas, Stephanovitch, Jack de Marseille... 

Puis vient l'envie de se mettre à l'organisation d'événement pendant plus de 10ans. De festivals en soirées, en passant par les clubs, hangars, free, teknival...

Aujourd'hui, il a voulu revenir vers l'essentiel et ses premiers amours : House et Techno. C'est dans la logique des choses qu'il cré plusieurs labels dont EP Digital Music (2011).
En quelques mots, Cédric est un passionné et amoureux de musique. de la Deep house à la Techno. En passant par la DnB ou Hardcore.

Cédric comes from the electronic scene of the 90s. His love for music began in 1990 with acid house when he was barely 8 years old.

With a fairground family (like a certain Laurent G.), music is almost a religion. A kind of Obelix who would have fallen into the pot lol.
In 1994, he asked for his first turntables for his birthday. And from there, he will never let go of his MK2s again.

We can see him in various parties, festivals alongside big names like Laurent Garnier, Derrick May, Luke Slater, Kenny Larkin, Adam Beyer, Dave Clarke, Green Velvet, John Thomas, Stephanovitch, Jack de Marseille...

Then comes the desire to start organizing events for more than 10 years. From festivals to parties, to clubs, hangars, free, teknival...

Today, he wanted to get back to basics and his first loves: House and Techno. It is in the logic of things that he created several labels including EP Digital Music (2011).
In a few words, Cédric is passionate and in love with music. from Deep House to Techno. Via the DnB or Hardcore.

The Eleusinian Mysteries were a festival and a mystical ceremony held at Eleusis in Attica in honour of the goddesses Demeter and Persephone . It was generally accepted that it was the most sacred and revered of all the festivals of ancient Greece having originated in Samothrace and the Cabeir Mysteries were brought to Eleusis by Thracian colonists. They began to gain great fame during the time of Peisistratus and reached the height of their glory during the Golden Age of Pericles .

Revelation of Sound is honored to welcome back our good friend ABSIS with a mesmerizing recording of his all-night long vinyl DJ set recorded live at his Midline Laut party on 01.03.25.

ABSIS is a Barcelona-based DJ and producer known for his deep and introspective Techno music. He has been a regular in the Barcelona scene since the late 90s, performing at events like The Loft (Razzmatazz) and Sonar and Mostra. ABSIS explores the deeper side of electronic music, seamlessly transitioning between Ambient and Techno. He has released music on labels like Hivern Discs, Oslated, and Huinali Recordings.
