But even this barrier didn't stop Passenger 10 from taking us places and sometimes also taking us back in time.
This week he unlocks the world of the Native Americans and invites us on a musical journey through the tribes of the ancient North American people. We are visiting the tribe of the LAKOTA who were living mainly in the area of Nebraska, North and South Dakota. Today the tribe still counts over 115'000 members who are spread all across the united states.

Therefore we're glad to announce the arrival of Innellea, a highly talented production team from Munich which has been leaving some marks on the scene with their 2016 singles on Musica Autonomica and Underyourskin Records.Lillith, the first track on this three track single, is on a quite groove tip, presenting a hot, stripped down take on TechHouse as a solid foundation for intricate melodic structures which are ever building up until a warm and welcoming vintage synth motif caters heaps of bass for bubbling crowds.With the title track Apate the Munich-based duo brings in more decent tropical heat for heaving dancefloors which are getting an extra thrill from ever background percussions with a slightly latin-influenced twist, a distinct, repetetive motif, a super dense athmosphere and a sexy as fuck lead organ catering the ultimate, hormone-driven swing to set every club on fire. Finally Imignie weighs in a slightly more futuristic flavour, combining super dry bassdrums and micro sweeps in its intro sequence, later accompanied by a overwhelmingly climactive bass drone and spiralling synths sharing space with mystic atmospheres, all together taking us and the ravers on the floor to new, unexplored realms of out consciousness.

One of many new acts that have joined Anjunabeats in our twentieth anniversary year, we’re proud to present the trio’s debut EP, ‘Water’. The record features ‘Moonchild’, ‘Beyond The Comfort Zone’, ‘Water’ and EP exclusive ‘Little Star’.

The video for the EP’s title track was filmed in Sweden and stars Josefine Forsberg.

“Elysian was born from a UK writing trip I undertook mid-way through last year to work on a collaboration with ilan.  We spent a lot of time talking about the sort of trance music that inspires us and the idea of blending more ethereal and atmospheric vocal textures with beautiful expansive production. Maor skyped in for those sessions and we all found our creative wavelength to the extent that one song became four in a matter of days.

Putting together an EP worth of material as opposed to just a single allowed us to get more creative and experimental with our approach to the songs and the main collective goal was trying to push our individual creative boundaries honestly with pure intentions. Acclaimed producer and DJ Oliver Heldens joins the Anjunafamily with a new remix of Above & Beyond’s ’Thing Called Love’ (feat. Richard Bedford), lifted from Above & Beyond’s beloved 2011 studio album ‘Group Therapy’.

With several No. 1 hits and over two billion streams to his name, Oliver Heldens is a true superstar of our scene. Considered the founding father of ‘future house’, his breakout hit ‘Gecko’ featuring Becky Hill lit up the UK Top 40 charts in 2013. It propelled Oliver to festival mainstages across the globe and earned him a prestigious residency slot on BBC Radio 1.

Oliver’s list of collaborators is a ‘who’s who’ of dance - Tiesto, Nile Rodgers, Riton, Sander Van Doorn - and he’s been tapped to remix superstars like Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Disclosure and The Chainsmokers. Oliver also runs his own label Heldeep Records, alongside the newly launched OH2 imprint, which has seen the likes of Alok, Chocolate Puma, Dada Life and Example consistently release their music on the label.

One of several new remixes of classic Above & Beyond tracks to emerge as part of the 20 Years of Anjunabeats celebrations, Oliver Heldens’ remix of ’Thing Called Love’ was debuted by the band during their Group Therapy 400 livestream last September. 2021 is the anniversary of Group Therapy, Above & Beyond’s iconic album that also gave the world ‘Sun & Moon’, ‘Alchemy’, and ‘You Got To Go’.
