SCHMUTZ - BIRDS OF HELL

 Three Guys from Brooklyn Cologne playing dusty childish indie rock with some emotional moments.
„Come On, Wolfgang“  - Das Kölner Trio spielt nach langem Überlegen „Retro Intensiv Pop“ irgendwo zwischen Placebo und den Chameleons.  Nachdem man die ersten Jahre damit beschäftigt war, einen vernünftigen Bandnamen zu finden (und immer noch ist), konnte man sich zuletzt der musikalischen Ausrichtung widmen. So galt es mit Gesang, Gitarre, Bass und Drums die Vorlieben für Kiss, Minmal Techno, The Cure und Kurt Vile zu einem eigenen Stil zu vermengen. Das hat nicht geklappt, dafür entstand ein wenig erwachsener Indie-Rock, der auch schon mal die Emotionen raus lässt. Gesungen wird über Haibisse, Hundstage, alte Seemänner und arabische Bälle ???!!!
