Tone Ranger's unmistakable sound brings up the feeling 'Cowboy House' on the wide open mesa while Mr. Nice's deep growling bassline grounds the track into the dancefloor. Sparkle Adeline balances organic and electronic, masculine and feminine to create an illuminating rhythmic experience.

Fundament des Lebens ist die Nahrung. Basis einer gesunden Ernährung bilden Obst und Gemüse. Der Nährstoffgehalt dieser Lebensmittel wird vor allem durch den Boden, die Sonne, das Wasser und die Behandlungs- und Erntemethoden determiniert. 
Heutzutage ist kaum einer in Deutschland Selbstversorger. Der eine oder die andere ziehen vielleicht Tomaten oder Gurken. Einige Kräuter wachsen im Garten oder auch auf Balkonien. Um jedoch seinen täglichen Hunger und Kalorienbedarf zu decken, geht unsereins in den Supermarkt. Dort wird man konfrontiert mit Überfluss und der Qual der Wahl. Die Qualität sieht man den Produkten selten an. Besonders bei industriell stark verarbeiteter Kost ist dies nahezu unmöglich. Der in Plastik verpackte Käse sieht aus wie jeder andere und die Frikadellen so wie eh und je. 
Wie kann man sich bei dieser Standardisierung und dem Angebotsüberschuss überhaupt noch zurechtfinden?
Zurück zu den Wurzeln ist das Stichwort. So naturbelassen wie möglich, so industriell wie nötig. 
Durch die täglichen Kaufentscheidungen hat es jeder Einzelne buchstäblich im Portmonee. Kauft man regional und unterstützt den Bauern von nebenan oder doch lieber die langangereiste Kartoffel aus Chile? Will man Fleisch, Fisch und Ei aus der Massenzucht oder ein saftiges Schnitzel, vom einem glücklichen Weidevieh? Fast Food um die Ecke oder kochen mit Freunden & Familie?
Für welchen Weg auch immer du dich entscheidest, tu es bewusst. Denn der Mensch ist, was er isst. Jeden Tag aufs neue ...

ŦĦ€ ØĐĐŇ€ŞŞ hat keine Eile. Die Ruhe pur, ganz und gar entspannt. Der Podcast transportiert die Vibes des Fußballs, der beim zwanglosen kicken aus dem Tor kullert.
