Lindsey Wang, also known as Polygonia, is a versatile art & music project based in Munich, Germany. Her preceding intensive and long practice playing several instruments as well as the experiences with other art forms, inspired the artist to translate her understanding of rhythm, composition & experimentalism into music. She creates mystic, deep soundscapes with a palette ranging from bright moods with lots of atmosphere & harmony, to the polyrhythmic abyss of techno or dark ambient. Polygonia is also a core member of the Label IO, that she co-founded together w. Dycide and MTRL.

She already played at Berghain and has been touring all around Europe and South America. She comes from a small town in Czechoslovakia, but she’s now based in the epicentre of Techno scene, Berlin.

Her name is Tigerhead, and in a few seconds we’ll be listening her exclusive one hour selection made for HEX. Some of you figured it out already. Here's the full upload of our 43rd podcast. @acquarioimmersioni is on recording duties. These fine dudes throw monthy daytime parties at Masada, Milan. They transform the library into a place full of psychedelic stimuli for the eyes and ears. Usual suspects at their events are Peter Van Hoesen, Wa Wu We, A. Brehme, Nuel, Jane Fitz,... We're happy to have the Milanese librarians as guests for our next installment.

From the dangerous part of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay in the late ’90s, William started his journey in music at the early age of 11 helping programming music and DJing for a pirate radio station.

Since that moment, he never stopped to define his own style and taste of music while improving his technical skills.

In 2009 he started to release his own productions under different monikers, releasing several works in digital and physical format.

In 2017 things changed when the decision was made to focus exclusively on his new project called William Arist and also the launch of his own record label Perseverancia Records.

Since then, he has played with artists such as Anastasia Kristensen, CTRLS, Adriana Lopez, Aleja Sanchez, Dax J, DVS1, Eduardo De La Calle, Ellen Allien, Kolpos, Mekas, Pfirter, P.E.A.R.L., Setaoc Mass, Vinicius Honorio and many more.

His eclectic productions have seen his music land on a variety of labels such as Animal Farm (UK), DEAD CERT. Records (UK), Tauten (SRB), Abstraction (CUB), Liberta (UK), Knowledge Imprint (ZA) amongst others.

His music has been supported by artists like Richie Hawtin, Charlotte de Witte, Joris Voorn, Truncate, Ben Sims, Cari Lekebusch, Tensal, Dave Clarke, Drumcomplex etc etc…
