Kamara & Microvibez are welcomed to the ever expanding Sudbeat family. 

Kamara is a Dutch Techno and TechHouse live-act who have set the goal to make audiences go crazy every time they play, while Microvibez is a fellow Dutch Techno producer & Liveact . His Techno releases can be classified as small pieces of electronic fractals which are coming together as a hugh big room sound. 
Here we find ‘Arina', a skippy grooved techno gem, with its shoulder swaying groove meeting the melodic, yet melancholic soundscape. Its layered pads combining to create a joyful reward of enchanted smile inducing goodness, with its simplicity being the key here. On remix duties its the German techno master Oliver Lieb, who toughens up the beats and adds a moodier vibe, locking you in to its hypnotic wonder. This is a bit of a solid club destroyer, especially when the hook form the original lands, it takes this up yet another notch! 
And to close off the EP, Microvibez supply their own interpretation, creating another layer of percussion and utilising the synth riff, while dropping a tinkling melody that brightens and lightens the mood.

With the anticipated unveiling of the inaugural release on his Vivrant imprint entitled the ’Taiga’ EP, Jeremy gives the public a sneak peek into his sonic treasure chest. Filled to the brim with a seemingly infinite number of unreleased gems, his music has at last found a place to call home.

Accompanied by a graphical profile and artwork created in collaboration with multi-award winning creative studio Rebels Studios, the EP conceptually resembles a mini-album. Made up of a total of four tracks with the first and last offerings, ‘Taiga’ and ‘Falls’, taking on the roles of proverbial set opener and closer. Played for the first time in Jeremy’s Group Therapy Radio guest mix, ‘Taiga’ is dark, thumping and hypnotic, while ‘Falls’, a new never before heard creation, is soft, dreamy and uplifting.

Second and third on the EP is ‘Pinkerton’ and ‘Roots’. While vastly different, they have a common denominator in being sophisticated, sure-fire peak time weapons. ‘Roots’ is energetic and soaring, while ‘Pinkerton’, made famous by the Olander and Prydz B2B BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix from earlier this year, has an infectious, trembling trademark Olander lead and a sawtooth bass-line your ancestors will feel.

In a time when the artform of curating an EP is on life support in favour of the more chart friendly single format, the ‘Taiga’ EP restores faith. Unlike anything you’re likely to hear from anyone else, it paints a positive picture of the future of innovative dance music.

With just a small handful of tracks he’s already managed to capture the attention of some big players, so we’re more than excited to share his 3 track EP, ‘Mental Disorder’. The title track immediately jumps into action and begins building a solid foundation for things to come. Soon enough we’re treated to a healthy dose of bass and rhythm as the track continues to push on. The next track takes us deep into techno territory. ‘Morning Panorama’ employs a brooding arp along with bottom-heavy kicks to create a monstrous vibe.  For the last track we’ve called on Teenage Mutants for his perspective; what gave us is a stunning remix that takes the volume louder and energy higher.

Preceding their album ‘Turns’ – out via Ostgut Ton on 25 November 2016 – Barker & Baumecker return with a double faced two track 12“. “Love Hertz” is a blissful, uplifting, melodic and – at times – bluesy UK Bass-inspired cut, shuffling and playfully flicking throughout. The record’s alternate lead track “Cipher” on the flip side is a rework of a two-part track from the forthcoming ‘Turns’ LP: while the album’s “Encipher & Decipher” puts focus on the home listening-aspect, this 12“es’ “Cipher” is made for the club. The track’s atmospheric build-up eventually turns in favor of a heavy, dark kick drum and multi-layered percussion, feeling at times as if the duo’s hammering onto Berghain’s steel staircase.

“Sabina” is a suite of improvised music about nature and magic. About the kind of traces we leave or want to leave on Earth. All music on this tape (except A4) was improvised and recorded in one take in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, during the last week of October 2015. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Richard Francés.

Francés is a French composer/musician born in Alicante in 1981 and now based in Paris. His project Acid Fountain seeks to bring together abstract and representational art, improvisation and composition, experimental and dance musics.

Other projects by Francés include Juju, his “électronique libre” duo with Adrien Kanter. He also composes, arranges and tours with French pop artists such as Owlle and Adrien Soleiman, to name but two… As a live performer, he has worked on Julien Lheuillier’s kosmische musik project Pointe du Lac and in 2015 has collaborated with the French art/dance collective (LA)HORDE. Previously, Richard played drums and synthesisers with French underground psych/kraut/drone band The New Reformed Church of Napalm Katia.

In January 2015 Richard founded the label Hylé Tapes: an experimental electronic music label releasing limited edition cassettes by international artists like Takahiro Mukai, Raphael Leray, D. Burke Mahoney, Jay Glass Dubs and Mortuus Auris & The Black Hand.

"The Bag of Bones EP is an unsettling yet beautiful record. Coming from a time when South Africa is undergoing an unnerving state of change with revolution bubbling just under the skin. The record speaks of hope, anger, love and dreams.
Righteous Red Berets is an ode to Stakerlee who kills another man cause he cheated his cards and we also hear from Reverend Jim Jones as he preaches hope from his mass graves.
Luke Vibert (a hero of mine since the late 90s), reinterprets the track with his unique brand of Funk and Soul that adds some love to a desperate song. 

Bag of Bones is my personal balad to a life with the lights turned off. Just me and my guitar. Shane Cooper (AKA Card on Spokes) adds his beautiful double bass to this track and helps it breath life.
Kill the Boer is a Remix of my 2002 Kwaito Bass classic "Donkey Rattle". I base the remix around a sample of a Toy Toy from Soweto 1960 to speak about the current "revolution" with a different government but with the same despair
