"Verdor," the Spanish term for verdancy, embodying the lush appearance of flourishing vegetation, serves as the thematic core of this release by Aurumm. In navigating the realm of dub-infused dance music, Aurumm weaves the dynamic qualities of nature into each track. The result is an immersive journey that beckons listeners to dance to life and growth.

The EP opens with "Amoena," a track that establishes the tone with a pulsating beat and flourishing chords, evoking the vibrant energy of verdancy.

Moving forward, "Monstera" seamlessly blends synths and broken beats, creating a harmonious dance that mirrors the interconnected relationships in ecosystems. The deliberate introduction of randomness in certain percussive elements adds an extra layer, generating a sense of organic, evolving, and, at times, unpredictable beauty.

A wonderful song with a heartwarming hook. Jimi Tenor and Tomasz Guiddo at their best. With three delightful feel-good remixes by the shining light, Erobique, Freestyle Man and Ale Castro.
Erobique, who recently had chart hits in middle Europe and was a member of International Pony with DJ Koze back in the days. He also wrote fantastic musical scores for the "Tatortreiniger" TV series (with Bjarne Mädel) and celebrated sold-out live shows all over Germany and Austria. Freestyle Man, perhaps better known as Sasse from Moodmusic, is recognized for delivering many excellent deep house gems. Ale Castro from Argentina also contributes to the top-notch remixes with a DJ-friendly house version.
Last but not least, the legendary Austrian crooner Louie Austen works his magic with his voice on "Smile," conjuring a smile on our faces.
