How I Feel

Here we are with the second premiere of our upcoming tape 'Das Vorspiel' - We hope you´ll like it!

After their debut release on Suol Music in 2014 and a few EP releases, Tender Games are now back in full effect with Ten previously unreleased tracks. 'Das Vorspiel' is the result of the Duo bethinking themselves of a sound they have a mutual love for. The house themes vanish completely and make way for their soul- and playful sound with a pop appeal. 'Das Vorspiel'  as the name suggests  is also a prelude to a play consisting of acts that are already being written. The story continues.

Ham N' Cheese is the name of the duo formed by the Danes Jesper Prehn and Max Thelin. Together they have created a striking EP; and it is one which makes us feel proud, as We Onleh go Deeper is full of quality and good taste. 

If we look back upon our short life as a label, this may well be the most mature and solid work that we have published. We try to enjoy our music, and on this occasion we did. 

This release offers an interesting cocktail of warm and evocative rhythms. Apart from the track We, which takes you straight to the dance floor with a solid and continuous rhythm, the songs have a deep and relaxed feel. 

On this EP, we have been joined by Ernie (Minuendo Recordings) who have given us this fabulous interpretation of Onleh , with the slow and sensual touch that characterizes his style, and that has released on labels like Morris Audio. A true work of art.

A few weeks ago, @itskaasi told me of a beautiful idea he’d had about a way to be able to upload more of what he was really making on a daily basis. Real and raw, the motivation behind it, he’d worded beautifully;

TO STAMP THE MOMENT IN TIME

His concept of ‘stamping’ an idea in time thrilled me mainly because of the fact that it allows you to hear the stepping stones between our releases or, as I like to think of them, the little moments of madness that would have otherwise remained private. 

As producers, we’re often working on many projects at once, and ideas that could have actually been realised then and there in the moment, instead sit forgotten. Usually, an actual 'song' will have waited around for about a month or two before it then gets its scheduled release. 

So, here is this Soundcloud, where I can share with you what I’m making today; just pure unabashed exploration and the things that weren’t ever meant to be anything more than what they are, this isn't so much about my 'songs', so much as the sounds of my everyday.

I hope for this to serve as a map of my creative path, so you can see where my heart is going between my official releases, and more importantly what it is that is inspiring me now rather than a few months ago.

Ultimately, I can get back to feeling that this is all a humble journey, and not a deadline ridden marathon of milestones.
