Glotzbach, a DJ based in southern Germany and resident for clocked collective, has been invited to the next edition of our mix series. He's known for his colorful approach to selecting music, mostly from the 90s and 2000s, and his commitment to playing only vinyl. His sound is driven by percussive rhythms, uplifting elements, and tribal infused productions that keep the ambience high and the listener in a moving state.

Mathias Weber is a natural dancer and the co-founder of Front Left Records with Elad Magadasi.
His style is diverse and full of acid, trance, banging and deep textures.
Keeping it groovy, keeping it fun, Mathias brings the joy into his sets at all times and makes sure the crowd feels it too. Based in Berlin, Mathias keeps a close connection to the dance floor and takes a huge inspiration from the nightlight experience.

I enjoyed blending influences during the first hour while maintaining a dark and mental direction. It was a mind blowing experience judging by the audience's reaction; the atmosphere quickly heated up, leading to a climax during the second hour of the set while still staying within soft influences, in order to respect the values of a true warm-up set. Meet @freyakdj, a Hamburg native who found her passion behind the decks during her time in Berlin. Her natural ability to connect with the crowd and contagious energy have earned her a growing reputation in the city’s underground scene. 

Freya K. has a deep love for timeless techno and house on 12“ weapons, but she is always eager to venture into other genres, experiment with different sounds and find sweetspots between genres. 

With this vinyl only mix, she dives deep into her techno collection and combined recent favorites ranging from fresh finds like Key Vinyl and SK Eleven releases to oldschool gems from CLR and Speaker Attack.

Townes, a Vinyl-only techno DJ based in Stuttgart, masterfully blends four-to-the-floor and breakbeats, electro, and ghetto records, ranging from releases 30 years old to fresh pressings. 

In this specific recording, his goal was to cycle through as many records as possible, delivering an energetic and intense mix. He skillfully managed to include 28 records in just over one hour. The selection spanned from an all-time classic hip-hop record by DJ Shadow to R&B and soul artist Teddy Pendergrass, interspersed with mind-bending techno tracks. 

Following Townes' captivating performance during our October event, it feels more than natural to feature him on the series.
