Welcoming Colin Muir to Concrete Collage with this very nice collection of intricate electronic songs.

Yes I say songs, as these compositions do feel like short stories, the vocals being replaced by synthesizer lines. Interminstrel is a very melodic sounding album, almost pop at some point, yet it never falls into easy-listening territory, either. There are surprises at many corners, whether it is an unexpected turn in the middle of a song, or a weird off-mix percussion that comes out of nowhere.

Playful and melancholic at the same time, Interminstrel is set to take you on a nice trip to distant electronic lands.
