This body of yours is a gift to you to experience the human form temporarily, while the body is established in its most perfect way. Every individual will go through their own unique learnings. Higher Light Decree: Clearing, Cleansing and Healing the Emotional Body

This is a practice to draw natures increasing light to the parts of us that we long to grow and nourish. It is super simple.

Daily 6 minute self nurture practice (winter to spring)

In this meditation we ask your Higher Self and Unconscious Mind to create a landscape that represents your current mood. Trusting your first impressions you are invited to explore this landscape. Calling in angels to extract any lower energies presenting themselves as strange creatures, or weird plants or dark areas. 

Calling on Angels of Healing to transform any areas that need healing. Also, the Archangels to shift the elemental features of this landscape. 

You can invite in trees, plants, flowers, crystals, fairies, mythological creatures, power animals representing qualities you wish to anchor in this landscape.  Finally, you are invited to create an altar in the centre of the landscape to anchor in this new level of light.

Super Quick Mood Enhancing Meditation

This transmission focuses on releasing beliefs, imprints and programming that blocks good fortune. Good fortune could be described as an auspicious state resulting from favorable outcomes. Good fortune could also be described as good luck or a sense of ongoing flow. As you are aware we create our good fortune, our good luck, from the inside out. 

In this transmission we focus on three energy centres. The sacral, heart and third eye. Within each energy centre you will find a crystal chalice. In each centre you will be asked to notice the colour and brilliance or lack thereof of each crystal chalice. Each one may be facing the right way up or it may be partially inverted or completely facing downwards or completely facing downwards. If it is in any position either than facing upwards, then you may have some programming and limiting beliefs around deserving and receiving good fortune.

"Perhaps you are holding any fear around receiving good fortune, perhaps that it is not safe to be too fortunate, not safe in terms of good fortune drawing negative attention to yourself, perhaps some distant memories from ancestors or from other lifetimes of having good fortune taken away. Quantum Good Fortune Transmission: Activating Three Gateways of Light

This meditation is designed to protect your bedroom space and open a safe portal of light where you can enter the higher vibrational dimensions of the dreamtime. 

We call on Angels of Violet and Ultraviolet fire to clear your bedroom, burning all lower psychic energies. Then Metatron and Angels of Violet and ultraviolet angels to begin to seal the walls of your bedroom in an intense White-Gold and Violet/Ultraviolet light. Closing any psychic openings. This is repeated throughout all dimensions of your space, the ceiling, floor, door and windows. 

Then Angels of Reflective Platinum Light place a shielding layer of reflective platinum light around the outside of your bedroom. Adding another layer of protection, reflecting back any negative energy projections towards your space.  

The Uriel places a golden pentacle burning with a ruby red fire in all four walls. Protecting the space. Repelling any lower astral energies. This is again repeated into the ceiling, floor, door and any windows. 

Finally we call on Guides and Angels of the Dreamtime to open a portal of light, and in that portal you may notice an ascending winding stair of white-gold light. This stairway leads beyond this world to the higher dimensions. Through this portal you can enter the dreamtime and fly safely and happily way above the psychic soup of this 3D ascending world.
