It has been some time... I have had a jaw procedure and if I do not exercise it, the surgery is in vain. This creates more pain in the jaw and neck and I did not practice my violin for months.

What Was I Made For? was done some time ago. However, events recently changed my ideas on the movie Barbie. While I never considered myself a feminist per se, I encountered recently the difficulty women, especially minority women, face in many fields.. Though I do not consider myself very high, a few men began to abuse, bully, sabotage me in Spotify. This will happen in all fields, but I feel especially vulnerable because it is an art form. Bullying stifles creativity..The point is we should not be treated as property. Double standards because if we stand up for ourselves, we are deemed 'aggressive'. This picture is from Simrishamn (in the south east of Sweden), which is rich in Herring gulls, Swallows and Red Kites, and some Swans.

Marvellous

It’s marvellous to see the swallows in the sky
their acro batic skills high up there impress me so
I just sit there watching their movements  in the sky
I wish that I could fly like those birds       
and to reach the clouds    
I want to fly before I die


It's annoying  to hear  the noise from  the birds
their howling in the middle of the night when I will sleep
makes me so mad and I start mumbling to my wife
she tells me turn around and put on Your earmuffs
they are early riser
they distribute their morning food


It’s the herring gulls who live on the roofs beside our home
their lives are insecure since red kites glide over them
and they hoover right above the balcony of our home 
it’s lovely to see when the sun shines through their wings
it’s a magical sight
I can see why the gulls are scared

Marvellous

This movement is constantly shifting and discovering itself as it unfolds, so I didn’t assign a particular key center to this movement; it is like experiencing the world for the first time with fresh senses. It ends inconclusively, leading to the next movement.
