A saxophone sounds from far away and you know that you are only a few blocks away from the Moody Blue Avenue...where time seems to stand still.Your favourite record shop is still open, but you already have the perfect sound that seems to be made exactly for this moment. A feeling of freedom rises in you as you nod your head to the rhythm of the beat while you get closer and closer to your destination. You feel like you're in a movie, where the sound of the Moody Blue Avenue plays your favorite theme. 🦋

Way home in New Orleans

During the 2020 lockdown, some artists got creative and invented a musical game, which led to the creation of the „Cookie Tapes“ project.
The music flows smoothly between LoFi, Jazz and Soul and invites the listener to dream. Song by song, a vision of deceleration towards a slower world.
Overcoming the challenge of separation through time and distance, this collaboration has created something wonderful, something special.
