Kicking off the Dream Labs series brings an exhilarating sense of arrival.

We’re smoothly transitioning from BrainStorm's offerings into a treasure trove of captivating projects, collaborations, features, remixes, and all the intriguing twists and turns we've encountered along the way.

In the beginning, Alphamind took the lead, sending the initial files over to Keith. This partnership was crucial in shaping the release, which centers on the theme of "Dream Labs," with Jarno stepping in as the Featured Artist.

"So, what does that mean, Keith?"

- Excellent question! A remarkable lineup of contributors—including Lost Frequency, Daft, Sum-1, Der Waldläufer, Ambient-Konnekt, Sly Puppy, Capn Foo, Lost Paradigms, and Alphamind—came together for this initiative, which has evolved into what feels like a 'mini-album' or EP. Think of it as a secret gathering of SoundCloud creators. :D

Sonic Architects is a talented group of sound designers collaborating on various projects.

They constantly explore new techniques, technologies, and tools to push the boundaries of sound design. Whether they're crafting a film score, designing a virtual reality experience, creating an art installation, or producing an ambient album, Sonic Architects bring their collective passion and expertise to deliver immersive sonic experiences that truly resonate with audiences.

These artists are like master narrators, painting intricate auditory landscapes that leave a lasting impression on listeners. In other words, they’re the creative minds behind Desktopography, Sonic Architect, depthCORE, Evoke, and numerous collaborative collectives.

**Alpha Team**
*Alphamind and BrainStorm Construction Phase: 90 days*

Yesterday, Dr. Robert Williams from the Dream Testing and Research Centre held a highly awaited press conference to share the latest updates on our work.

The team has made incredible progress in their Alpha Wave Research Training (AWRT). They brought together a diverse group of dream testers, including Olympic athletes, clairvoyants, and specially trained individuals, to conduct a series of carefully crafted "Dream Dynamic Experiments."

Dr. Williams announced that the Alpha group has successfully established a direct link to the subconscious mind, enabling them to influence its content. In a groundbreaking initiative called "Awakening" within the Alpha Mind project, they’ve figured out how listeners can experience their brain's electrical activity as sound.

Throughout the Awakening project, researchers had the capability to monitor and influence dream states via a computer interface, essentially shaping the experiences of the dreamers. "It felt like I could do anything I’ve ever dreamed of," shared a Swedish gold medalist after her session. The Alpha Team also explored other experiments, including "The Neptune Experiment" and a signal study known as "Deeep Inside."

Meanwhile, the Beta Team rolled out a study titled "Sun & Rain," examining how external stimuli can be misinterpreted as personal thoughts by our minds.

Dr. Williams notes that we’re still in the early stages of this project but anticipates remarkable advancements in the months ahead. According to NASA, upcoming planetary alignments are expected to significantly enhance the extra-sensory abilities of certain individuals at the DTRC, potentially boosting their capabilities by up to 175 times.

5 Minutes Past Midnight

“Vintage 201984” is now available for everyone that so patiently waited for it. This song took a long journey from original concept and demo in the eighties, to a 2019 selection of the best songs from the “retro vault” and ultimately to production, mixing and now finally on to you!

The song is a retro electro-pop synth-based dance song and was originally written amongst the influences of Depeche Mode, Erasure, Bronski Beat, Pet Shop Boys, and many others from the era. The original demo song has been modernized with latest synth sounds, but keeps many original elements in order to keep it delivering an 80’s synth-dance vibe. 

I am very excited to finally deliver this song, and I wanted this new release to be one of the best that I will deliver. I really want you do dance to it, work out to it, drive to it, cycle to it, run with it, and have a smiling face while you sing the lyrics! I am especially excited about the bridge of the song, as it gives an edgy stripped down retro synthesizer vibe before building back into the main thumping melody.

“Back in My Arms Again" is Coolmowee's latest release from his decades-old music vault. A revamped and modernized take on 80s dance-pop, "Back in My Arms Again" blends a new wave palette into an elegantly simple love song. Singer-songwriter and producer Coolmowee, whose real name is Maurice Edwards, first wrote the song on piano in 1984 when he was only 16. Capturing a nostalgic romanticism that's unique to that era, the track his since been reworked into a more modern, retrofitted sound.

Now it’s JULY – and summertime is here – I know it’s a different summer but remember good art takes you from your current mental state into a surreal one, on “another plane”. Like when you watch a great movie and it makes you cry or laugh or terrifies you. If a movie affects you in a serious way – then it was an excellent movie! I hope the same can be said about music during 2020 – as it’s a difficult year – and I am trying to make music that is fun and makes people smile and dance!

That is why SINGLE ALL SUMMER is a fast dance-pop track with lyrics that fit millions of scenarios in the world every summer! Remember when you were 17? 19? 21? This song is from your past! Enjoy the great decisions you made to take a summer off and be with yourself!
