Its an ability to comfort others when we have personally gone thru. The dictionary defines it  as  “  consolation “  or 
“ a state of physical ease”, which is a kind of  “gentle empathy” that strengthens the receivers.

I am pretty sure its only person who sings (and there is no music). Its all recorded by one person who sings at different pitches and then puts it together on the computer. I am pretty sure he did the beat towards the end with his mouth.

This new life, in which man comes to understand and appreciate his full purpose and potential, is established through the Holy Sacrament of Baptism in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The use of “managed” here does not imply our ability to exist, survive, or endure without Existence and Life Himself. Instead, it is an emphatic proclamation of man’s acknowledgement of his dire need for, yet unworthiness of, salvation.
