schmusi is a dj and producer from cologne. His musical journey began during his time at a music-focused school, where he played the trombone and keyboard, immersing himself in sound from an early age. Schmusi's sound is characterized by a fusion of fast-paced, driving rhythms and melodic, emotive layers. His music often bridges the intensity of high-energy beats with harmonic, euphoric undertones, creating a captivating experience that keeps listeners both energized and entranced.

In 2023, Schmusi began djing alongside a group of friends, organizing the tunnelrave festival in Münster, Germany. This collaboration ultimately led to the official founding of bonobosociety in 2025.

From Chemnitz, Temporal Distortion is making his way onto the scene. Since March 2025, he’s been bringing energetic sets to the dancefloor, blending Hard Dance, Drum & Bass, Crossbreed, and Hardcore. His performances are full of variety and unexpected transitions, taking listeners on a genre-bending journey that’s authentic and spontaneous. Known for his stunning visuals, he creates an immersive experience that goes beyond the music.
